Eligible for return only if the item arrives different from the listing description. If returning, the buyer must notify their intentions to return within 1 business day of receiving it. The buyer must email or call us and leave a message within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Additional information will be provided regarding the eligibility of the return. The item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was received, with no signs of wear or damage. The buyer must provide a tracking number for the shipment within 3 days. The return shipment must be insured for the purchase value. The refund will be provided once the product is received back in the store and its condition is confirmed.
